Bespoke Georgian Archways in Caistor, Lincolnshire

We have been commissioned to create bespoke plaster archways - moulded archivolt and impost to suit Georgian era property based in Caistor.  Worked from scratch up and fitted up, plastered the soffit. Job well done.  

Making new bespoke plaster keystone for archways

i have been assigned to a job to make bespoke plaster keystone model for two archways. Our client has requested plain one with moulded edges and make rubber mould so that we can make casts out of it. See progression pictures below on how it’s made.
